8. Limitation of Liability

Pulsume Creative is not liable for:

Losses due to third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, APIs, etc.)
Downtime caused by server or platform issues
Damages resulting from client mistakes, misuse, or failure to provide required information
Losses from ads or campaigns due to platform changes, algorithm updates, or policy restrictions

All digital marketing and performance marketing results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may integrate third-party tools such as:

Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

Payment gateways

Payment deadlines are missed

Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
